Council estates, fly-tipping and Staffordshire Bull Terriers

Without wishing to be accused of casting dispersions I have noticed that on average, and according to my visual but unscientific observations, it appears to me that council estates are far more likely to be blighted by casual fly-tipping than other housing locations.

Of course rogue builders and organised criminal fly-tippers prefer country lanes and remote locations free from prying eyes, but as for casual small scale fly-tipping it appears that council estates suffer more than other locations.

While walking the dog yesterday near to Cardiff Walk in Denton I came across the mess pictured above. Surely someone must have spotted the people responsible?

Also in relation to council estates, has anyone else noticed that every second dog is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, I wonder why this is?

This blog is getting more extreme by the day, an exremist hot bed on fly - tipping mania.

Question: Why would anyone want to destroy a vulnerable woman that they know is prone to distressing illness? Could it be the same kind of person that would set traps for animals and then shoots them for pleasure?

You are against fly-tipping TC, is there any end to the non stop hatred you spew on here about litter and your hatred of murdering small animals for fun. This place has become a hotbed of hate filled right wing extremism.
You will be against traffic congestion and anti social behavior next, mark my words.
